Building size 24’x36’, model year 1994, Type V modular building, Education Occupancy Materials- Exterior siding .024 High Ribbed Aluminum, Black EPDM Rubber roof, and steel door w/view block.



BEFORE: INTERIOR
Interior of building had wood rotted floors, water damaged walls, & windows that leaked water. Material- VCG interior wall partitions, carpet interior, popcorn ceiling, surface mount lights, standard molding package, and birch hollow core int. doors



AFTER: MODULAR BUILDING REFURB EXTERIOR
(Customer requested a Sales Center)
All exterior siding material was replaced with Hardipanel (Stucco Embossed) finish. Damaged insulation replaced, damaged wood studs replaced, windows and doors replaced. Large false Mansard was added for a nicer aesthetic look. Building was recertified (Required by LAW) to meet Business Occupancy code regulations.



AFTER: MODULAR BUILDING REFURB INTERIOR
Interior floor plan was designed to meet code and the customer needs. All interior wall partitions were removed and 5/8” raw gypsum board was installed (wall partitions to have a knockdown finish completed once building arrives to final site location). Electrical was re-wired throughout, surface mount lights were changed to recess lighting and some recess can lights were added per request. Wood rotted floors were replaced in many areas and final flooring finish to be completed onsite. Interior doors were replaced, and a wet bar area was added.
